Shipping policy
We ship camping cookware to customers across the contiguous United States. This page explains shipping costs, delivery timeframes, and what to do if something goes wrong with your order.
All timeframes on this page are in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays) unless otherwise stated.
1. Where We Ship
We ship to:
- Contiguous United States (all 48 lower states)
We do not currently ship to:
- Hawaii
- Alaska
- Puerto Rico, Guam, and the U.S. Virgin Islands
- APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses
- International destinations outside the United States

2. Shipping Costs
Free standard shipping is included on all orders shipped within the contiguous United States. There are no minimum order requirements and no shipping fees added at checkout. The price you see is the price you pay.
We currently offer one shipping method: standard shipping via our fulfillment carrier. We do not offer expedited or express shipping options at this time.
3. Order Processing Time
Orders are processed on business days only. Processing begins after payment is confirmed.
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on a business day are typically processed the same day
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM MT, on weekends, or on U.S. federal holidays begin processing the next business day
- Processing may take an additional 1 to 2 business days during peak seasons such as Memorial Day weekend, July 4th, Labor Day, and the November to December holiday period
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number once your order ships. Tracking information may take 24 to 48 hours to become active in the carrier's system.
4. Estimated Delivery Time
We ship to the contiguous United States only. Delivery time is calculated from the date your order ships, not from the date you place your order.
- Order processing: 1 to 3 business days
- Shipping transit: 5 to 7 business days after your order ships
- Total estimated time from order to delivery: 6 to 10 business days
- Shipping cost: Free on all orders -- no minimum required
These are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier delays due to weather, high volume periods, or regional disruptions are outside our control. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, contact us at support@brieffolder.com and we will look into it.
5. Fulfillment Origin
Orders are fulfilled from our warehouse partners located within the United States. All orders enter the U.S. carrier network from a domestic fulfillment location, which is why delivery times fall within the standard domestic estimates above.
6. Customs and Import Duties
All orders ship domestically within the United States. Because we ship from U.S.-based fulfillment locations to U.S. addresses, there are no customs fees, import duties, or international taxes applied to your order.
We do not ship internationally at this time, so cross-border customs charges do not apply.
7. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, contact us at support@brieffolder.com within 48 hours of delivery. To resolve your case as quickly as possible, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the outer packaging
If the damage is confirmed through photo review, we will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you. Claims submitted without photo documentation cannot be processed.
8. Lost Packages
If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you have not received your package, please take the following steps:
- Check around your delivery area and with neighbors
- Allow 1 additional business day, as carriers sometimes mark packages delivered slightly early
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an official investigation
- Email us at support@brieffolder.com with your order number and the carrier's case reference number
We will work with you to confirm the final status of your package. We require carrier confirmation before issuing a replacement or refund for packages reported as lost after a "Delivered" scan.
9. Shipping Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We begin processing orders quickly and address changes may not be possible after checkout.
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Reshipping costs for address errors are the customer's responsibility.
