This page explains how to find your tracking number and check the delivery status of your order.
How to Track Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email from Brieffolder containing your tracking number. To track your order:
- Check your inbox for a shipping confirmation email from Brieffolder
- Find your tracking number in that email
- Visit 17track.net and enter your tracking number to see real-time updates
Tip: If you do not see the email in your inbox, check your spam or junk folder. Shipping confirmation emails occasionally get filtered.
What Is 17TRACK?
17TRACK is a free international package tracking platform that supports hundreds of carriers worldwide. You do not need to create an account — just enter your tracking number and it will show you the full delivery status of your package.

Tracking Timeline
Here is what to expect after you place your order:
Day 1–3 — Order Processing
Your order is confirmed, packed, and handed off to the carrier by our warehouse team. Once shipped, your tracking number is uploaded and your confirmation email is sent. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear on 17TRACK after the number is issued — this is normal and does not mean anything is wrong.
Day 4–10 — In Transit
Your package is on its way. Check 17TRACK anytime for status updates as it moves through carrier facilities. Estimated delivery is 5–7 business days after shipment.
Delivered
You will see a "Delivered" status update once the carrier marks the package as delivered. We recommend checking your front door, mailbox, and with neighbors if you are not home at the time.
I Never Received a Tracking Email
A few things to check:
- Look in your spam or junk folder
- Make sure the email address on your order is correct
- Allow up to 3 business days from your order date for processing and shipping to complete
If it has been more than 3 business days and you still have not received a tracking email, contact us at support@brieffolder.com with your order number and we will look into it and resend your tracking information.
My Tracking Has Not Updated in Several Days
Tracking can go quiet during transit — especially over weekends, holidays, or during high-volume shipping periods. A gap in updates does not always mean something is wrong.
If your tracking on 17TRACK has not updated in more than 5 business days, email us at support@brieffolder.com with your order number and we will investigate.
My Tracking Says "Delivered" But I Don't Have My Package
This happens occasionally. Before contacting us, please take the following steps:
- Check around your delivery area — front porch, side door, mailroom, or with a building manager
- Ask neighbors if they may have received it by mistake
- Wait 24 hours — carriers sometimes update tracking status slightly ahead of the physical delivery
If you still cannot locate your package after 24 hours:
- Contact the carrier directly with your tracking number to open an official investigation
- Email us at support@brieffolder.com with your order number and the carrier's case reference number
We require carrier confirmation before we can issue a replacement or refund for lost packages.
Order Processing and Delivery Time
- Order processing: 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays)
- Shipping transit: 5–7 business days after your order ships
- Total estimated delivery: 6–10 business days from order to delivery
Business days are Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays. Orders placed before 2:00 PM Mountain Time (MT) on business days are typically processed the same day.
