How to Pay
We accept PayPal as our payment method. PayPal is one of the most widely used and trusted payment platforms in the United States, and it allows you to pay securely without sharing your card details directly with our store.
You have two options at checkout:
- Pay with your PayPal account -- log in and use your PayPal balance, linked bank account, or saved card
- Pay as a guest -- no PayPal account needed. Select PayPal at checkout, then choose the option to pay with a debit or credit card directly. Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover are accepted this way.

Payment Security
Your payment is processed entirely through PayPal's secure infrastructure using SSL encryption. We never see or store your full card number, bank account details, or PayPal password. The only information we receive is confirmation that your payment was completed successfully.
All pages on brieffolder.com where personal or payment information is entered are protected by SSL. You will see "https" in your browser address bar throughout the checkout process.
Pricing and Fees
The price shown on each product page is the price you pay. There are no handling fees, service charges, or surcharges added at checkout.
- Shipping: Free on all orders within the contiguous United States -- no minimum order required
- Sales tax: Applied where required by law based on your shipping address
- Currency: All prices are in U.S. dollars (USD)
- Hidden fees: None. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
If your PayPal account is set to a non-USD currency, PayPal will apply their standard exchange rate at the time of purchase. We have no control over PayPal's conversion rates.
Purchase Information
To complete a purchase on brieffolder.com, you will need to provide:
- A valid shipping address within the contiguous United States
- An email address for your order confirmation and shipping updates
- Payment through PayPal (account login or guest card payment)
You do not need to create an account on our website to place an order. Guest checkout is fully supported.
Please double-check your shipping address and email before confirming your order. We begin processing orders quickly and cannot guarantee that address corrections will be possible after checkout.
Order Confirmation
Once your payment is confirmed, you will receive an order confirmation email at the address you provided. This email includes your order number, the items purchased, your shipping address, and the total amount charged. Keep this email -- it serves as your receipt.
PayPal will also send a separate payment confirmation to the email associated with your PayPal account or guest checkout session.
If you do not receive your confirmation email within a few minutes, check your spam or junk folder. If it is not there, email us at support@brieffolder.com with the name and email address used at checkout and we will confirm your order status.
Changing or Cancelling an Order
We process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel, email us at support@brieffolder.com within 24 hours of placing your order on a business day. Include your order number and the change you need.
Once your order has shipped, changes and cancellations are no longer possible. If you no longer want the item after it has been delivered, you may return it within 30 days under our return policy. See our Return and Refund Policy for details.
How We Use Your Information
We collect only the information necessary to process your order and provide customer support. Specifically:
- Your email is used to send your order confirmation and shipping updates
- Your shipping address is shared with our fulfillment partner and the carrier to deliver your order
- Your payment details are handled entirely by PayPal -- we do not store them
- We do not sell your personal information to third parties
- We do not use your information or images for advertising without your explicit consent

Receipts and Invoices
Your order confirmation email serves as your receipt and includes an itemized summary of your purchase. If you need a formal invoice for expense reporting or records, email us at support@brieffolder.com with your order number and we will send one within 1 business day.
Discount Codes
If a discount or promo code is available, you can apply it at checkout before completing payment. We do not offer price matching or retroactive discounts after an order is placed. To hear about future promotions, subscribe to our emails on the homepage.
Out of Stock Items
If an item becomes unavailable after your order is confirmed, we will notify you by email and issue a full refund to your original PayPal payment method. We will not substitute a different product without your approval.
